Howgh....Are You Doing?

Howgh....Are You Doing?

Evening All.  Or should I say 'Howgh?!'  Perhaps you're familiar with the more widely known version, 'How?'  The latter being a derivative of the former.  But just hold your horses!  There's one more flavor out there according to Longman Webster (the dictionary) which appears as 'Háu kola'  or Hallo Friend.  Either way you spin it I was wondering how we ever arrived at the stereotypical Native American greeting of 'How'.  And then it hit me....and it plays out like this:

When Christopher Columbus landed on the shores of North America (after weeping for an uninterrupted & unacceptable amount of time for finally finding dry land) he took in his surroundings, looked up, and found himself staring back at another human being which then prompted him to mutter in disbelief....

'HOW in the fuck did you get here?!'

The Mayflower.  Not just a vessel built for the exploration of land but for the creation of a language.

Howgh do you feel about that?
